About NExA Gov AF | نتایج اداره ملی امتحانات
Welcome to the official results portal of the National Examination Authority (NExA) of Afghanistan, accessible at nexa.gov.af (and mirrored at nexa-go-af.online). As the government body responsible for administering all major national and university entrance exams, NExA is the trusted source for candidates seeking their examination outcomes, particularly the highly anticipated Kankor (University Entrance) Exam results.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a transparent, efficient, and accessible platform for the dissemination of examination results across Afghanistan. We aim to support the higher education application ecosystem by ensuring that every candidate can easily check their scores, admission status, and related announcements. From Kankor and master's programs to doctoral exams, specialized hospital positions, teacher recruitment, and military academies, we strive to uphold the integrity of the national examination process.
Our Values
- Transparency: We publish results openly and provide a complaint management system for candidates to appeal their outcomes via a dedicated link.
- Accessibility: Our portal is designed to handle massive traffic, especially during peak periods like the annual Kankor result announcements in late July (end of Saratan or early Asad month), when tens of thousands of candidates simultaneously access the site.
- Accuracy: We ensure that results are accurately linked to each candidate's identification number, and we publicly recognize top scorers to celebrate academic excellence.
- Accountability: As a government entity, we are committed to serving the public with fairness and reliability, providing registration forms for master's and doctoral programs through our website.
Our History
NExA was established as the central authority for national examinations in Afghanistan, taking over the administration of key tests that shape the country's educational landscape. Over the years, we have managed the results for hundreds of thousands of candidates. For example, in the 1404 (solar year) exams, approximately 102,000 participants took the test, with 79,000 admitted to higher education institutions and 33,550 to semi-higher institutions. Our portal has evolved to include dedicated URL paths like /fa/search_result/80 for specific results, ensuring that candidates can navigate directly to their outcomes. Today, we continue to modernize our services, linking the examination process to the broader higher education application ecosystem in Afghanistan.
